4/24/12 - Back to Work

Team Esker is all a little tired, but hanging in there! Toni is doing better by the day. The boys are having a bit of a rough time keeping up with their feeding schedule. Jackson now has a feeding tube as well. Toni is pumping every two hours and feeding every four. We normally breast-feed, bottle-feed and then supplement with the tube. It sounds like the boys will be here for a while longer.

Toni was discharged today. So, in the meantime she is staying in a family room next to the nursery. It is nicer than most hotel rooms, so she's not exactly roughing it. I have officially returned to work. The students are really excited for us. It's tough being away from the babies during the day. Everyday, I anxiously await work being over so I can speed over to the hospital.
